The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Area Sales Manager to join our Aggregates commercial team, covering the South.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of Holcim UK’s Aggregates division, the foundation of our sustainable construction solutions. We’re known for our innovation, reliability, and commitment to sustainability, supplying high quality primary and recycled materials to projects of every scale across the UK. From circular construction and recycled aggregates to low carbon transport and digital delivery, our Aggregates team plays a vital role in shaping the future of how Britain builds.
- You’ll be right at the heart of the action, out meeting customers, spotting opportunities and helping to shape projects across London.
- You’ll take ownership of your territory, treating it like your own business, managing performance, building your network, and ensuring growth across both new and existing accounts.
- Expect to spend time with Tier 2 contractors, sub contractors, and independent builders, becoming their go to for practical, reliable solutions.
- Using systems like Salesforce will come easily, you enjoy keeping things organised, spotting patterns in your data, and using insight to drive your next opportunity.
Who you are
You spot opportunities quickly, from first conversation to proposal, and you know how to convert interest into committed orders.
You enjoy getting out to meetings, trade events, and networking sessions, growing your relationships and the Holcim brand.
Negotiating is comfortable for you, shaping terms that work for the customer and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
You take pride in promoting recycled and low carbon aggregates, helping customers hit sustainability goals without compromising quality.
