Residential Conveyancer
* Leasehold sales & purchases
* Lease extensions
* Post-completion
* Managing files from instruction through to completion
* Working with minimal supervision and limited admin support About you * Minimum 1 year's solid residential conveyancing experience
* Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX is advantageous
* Confident managing your own caseload
* Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Organised, proactive and commercially minded Package Salary depending on experience
Discretionary bonus of up to 10% of fees earned above target
Mainly Rainham, with occasional work from Harold Wood
Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm | Friday 9am-5pm
