SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School Woodford Green, Redbridge A welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Woodford Green is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs in a friendly and inclusive environment. Responsibilities Work as an SEN Teaching Assistant providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN and SEMH needs. Support learning in the classroom and help adapt activities to meet individual needs. Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and emotional wellbeing. Collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to follow support plans.Requirements Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role. Confidence working with children with SEN and SEMH on a one-to-one basis. A caring, patient, and resilient approach.
