Leadership Team Assistant
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team.
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain accurate records.
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for leadership team activities.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team.
