Junior Patent Support - London
We are working with a reputable law in London who are seeking a Junior Patent Support to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
For this role, it would be ideal if you have previous experience working within IP, or if you have experience working as Legal Administrator and are keen to transfer your experience into an IP setting. You will need a good educational background for this role and a willingness to learn new skills and processes.
Within this role, you will carry out a varied range of duties including but not limited to:
- Monitoring inboxes, acknowledging, and responding to emails.
- Handling client queries, providing them with updates on their cases.
- Producing / amending IP legal documents.
- Raising new cases on the system, keeping these updated at each stage.
- Acknowledging significant deadlines, noting these and ensuring they are met.
- Liaising with intellectual property offices.
