About Us
Our mission is to transform the Multifamily real estate industry by empowering organisations with advanced AI solutions to drive optimisation and efficiency. Through every conversation our users have, we learn - extracting and generating vast quantities of data. This conversational data is invaluable to our clients, helping them gain insight into their customer experience, operational processes and more. Our goal is to help them use this data to make better decisions, from staffing to process improvement.
About the Role
As a Product (Software) Engineer at Travtus, you’ll take ownership of features end to end — from design to deployment — helping craft intuitive, visually refined, and highly performant applications.
You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to build products that look and feel polished, provide seamless interactions, and deliver real value to our users.
This is a hands-on, full-stack role with strong emphasis on frontend quality and UX. You’ll balance aesthetic design and technical performance, create pixel-perfect interfaces, and ensure data flows smoothly between backend and frontend.
Most of all, you will enjoy working with a great team and be passionate about the work you do.
Responsibilities
Our Product (Software) Engineers work across the technical stack, designing and implementing the products that make our solutions indispensable to our clients.
Tasks include:
Build and maintain React + TypeScript frontends with a focus on UX polish, responsiveness, and accessibility
Develop and maintain Python APIs to support product functionality
Collaborate with designers in Figma to deliver pixel-perfect, visually coherent UIs
Implement loading states, animations, caching, and transitions to create refined and seamless user experiences
Integrate AI and LLM agents where they enhance usability and deliver real customer value
Deploy and maintain applications across AWS and Netlify
Work closely with product and design teams to understand business goals and user needs
Continuously improve code quality, testing, and CI/CD processes
Advocate for delivering polished, customer-focused experiences
