Join Edgewell Personal Care – a global leader with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, Cremo Grooming, and more).

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Proactively support the SNAM/NAM in delivering budgeted invoice, net sales, and gross margin within your designated account portfolio.
  • Seek out and exploit sales opportunities to achieve company objectives.
  • Support the SNAM/NAM to achieve budgeted sales and profit targets within authorised pricing levels.
  • Build positive relationships within accounts to maximise leverage for all brands.
  • Manage promotional activity, including planning, delivery, and post-evaluation, recommending improvements for future investment.
  • Attend external account meetings with SNAM/NAM to build relationships and increase account knowledge.
  • Develop expertise in account reporting systems (e.g., Tesco Link) to support decision-making and optimise business performance.
  • Promote a culture of excellence through continuous improvement.
  • Undertake field visits to investigate store issues and monitor in-store activity.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and communicate effectively with Demand Planning and Brand teams.
  • Support the development of KPIs and metrics for key accounts.
  • Handle administration tasks related to selling and negotiating within designated accounts.
  • Proactively develop your skills and knowledge to maximise your contribution.

 

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Graduate or equivalent in a business-related subject (desirable).
  • GCSE English and Maths (C level or above) or equivalent.
  • Commercial experience (Sales, Buying, Marketing, Category Development) within FMCG.
  • Proven achievements in a Sales Executive or Business Account Executive role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of UK trade environment and retailer systems (e.g., Tesco Retail Link) (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint essential).
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Strong planning, analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Customer focus, teamwork, and collaboration.
