Legal Counsel - Project Finance
- Provide legal support on the structuring, negotiation and execution of energy, infrastructure, and financing transactions.
- Draft and negotiate finance and project documentation including facility agreements, PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M agreements and related transaction documents.
- Advise on legal, regulatory, and commercial risks, delivering practical solutions that support business objectives.
- Support the management of existing investments and loan portfolios, including amendments, waivers and consents.
- Ensure completion of post-transaction requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and governance frameworks.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisers, acting as a trusted legal partner to the business.
