Executive Producer

The Role

As Executive Producer, you will be responsible for the strategic development, commercial performance and operational delivery of our events. You will own every stage of the event lifecycle, from researching markets and designing conference agendas, to recruiting speakers, managing budgets, overseeing production and analysing post-event performance. AI tools can assist you, while sound professional judgement and responsible handling of confidential information remain essential.

You will start alongside senior management, learning every aspect of our production process, before taking full P&L responsibility for your own events and growing into an Event Director.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Ownership

* Own assigned events from concept through post-event review.
* Develop event concepts, positioning and long-term production strategies.
* Identify market opportunities and emerging investment themes.
* Define each event's value proposition and target audience.
* Act as the central decision-maker and drive continual improvement.
* Ultimately assume full commercial ownership and P&L responsibility.

Industry Research & Programme Development

* Build a deep understanding of the global family office, wealth management and private capital ecosystem.
* Conduct market research through industry interviews, competitor analysis and ongoing monitoring.
* Build relationships with family office principals, CIOs and senior executives.
* Design compelling, commercially relevant conference agendas and innovative session formats.
* Benchmark our events against leading global conferences.

Speaker Acquisition & Management

* Recruit world-class speakers from family offices, private equity, venture capital, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, investment banks and government organisations.
* Run targeted recruitment campaigns and manage invitations, confirmations and communications.
* Coordinate biographies, presentations and session requirements, and brief moderators and speakers.
* Deliver an exceptional speaker experience before, during and after every event.

Delegate Strategy

* Define target attendee profiles for each event.
* Work with the delegate acquisition team to attract high-quality family office and institutional investor attendees.
* Monitor attendee quality and continually refine targeting.

Commercial & Financial Management

* Develop and manage event budgets, tracking spend and performance against forecast.
* Work with the sales team so content supports sponsorship and delegate acquisition.
* Measure ROI, analyse commercial performance and identify ways to improve profitability.

Marketing, Operations & Technology

* Work with marketing on positioning, agenda copy, speaker announcements and promotional content.
* Work with operations on venues, production schedules, accommodation and speaker logistics.
* Oversee event platform configuration, registration systems and the digital delegate experience.

On-site Event Leadership

* Travel internationally to lead venue setup, suppliers, production teams and venue staff.
* Manage speaker arrivals and conference sessions, resolving issues calmly and professionally.

Post-Event Performance

* Run comprehensive debriefs and analyse financial performance, attendee feedback and speaker performance.
* Document improvements and best practices for future events.

What We're Looking For

* Highly organised, commercially minded and naturally curious, with strong project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, and confidence engaging with senior executives.
* Strong analytical and research abilities, with outstanding attention to detail.
* Comfortable using AI tools while applying sound judgement and protecting confidential information.
* Calm under pressure, proactive, and willing to travel internationally.
* Experience in conference production, wealth management, investment or financial services is ideal.

Compensation & Terms

* Compensation: $2,000 per month
* Profit share: 5%, to be reviewed after the first 12 months
* Start date: ASAP
