The Den - Home to Millwall football club, founded in 1885, 140 years ago as Millwall Rovers.

Role Responsibility

• Bar operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.
• Beverage preparation, presentation, and customer engagement.
• Manage stock levels to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Engage with customers, creating a welcoming and interactive bar experience.
• Handle sales and ensure accurate transactions.

The Ideal Candidate

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Being friendly yet professional
• Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
• Good attention to detail and punctuality
• Being proactive is key
• Experience within a bar setting
• Must be over 18
