EA To Founder - Luxury Fashion Brand

On behalf of our client, a luxury fashion brand, we are looking for an EA to support the Founder & Creative Director. This role also supports our CEO and keeps the office running smoothly. This is an opportunity for a sharp, discreet individual with 5+ years' experience to work at the centre of a growing brand. You will protect the Founder's time so they can focus on the creative work only they can do. Great culture and benefits. 5 Days office based.

Key duties for the EA

• Own the Founder's diary, inbox and priorities. Anticipate needs, do not wait for them.
• Prepare the Founder for every meeting: briefs, materials, follow-ups and actions.
• Plan and manage travel, including shoots, market visits and international trips.
• Act as first point of contact for internal teams and external partners, with sound judgement.
• Manage personal and ad hoc requests with complete discretion.
• Keep the office calm, well run and well presented.
• Welcome guests and manage meeting rooms.
• Manage suppliers, facilities and supplies, with a clear eye on cost.
• Organise company events and team moments.

The Ideal EA

• 5+ years as an EA or PA, ideally supporting a founder or senior executive in fashion, luxury or a creative business.
• Exceptional organisation. You hold competing priorities without losing detail.
• Sound judgement and absolute discretion.
• Clear, polished written and spoken English.
• Calm under pressure. This role moves fast and changes often.
• Proactive by default. You solve the problem before it is raised.
