Instructional Designer
As a Instructional Designer , you will play a key role in shaping high-quality job training experiences that support critical processes within the Payments Compliance department.
You’ll collaborate closely with subject-matter experts, gain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and translate complex workflows into clear, engaging, and effective learning solutions.
Your work will directly enhance team performance and help ensure the organization meets its compliance obligations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and development of training programs that support a wide range of Payments Compliance processes
- Develop a strong understanding of Payments Compliance operations to ensure learning content aligns with regulatory standards and business needs.
- Analyze learner and stakeholder feedback to recommend and implement improvements to training materials.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear communication, smooth rollout of training content, and consistent alignment with project goals
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience creating task-based simulations; familiarity with Assima Train is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory and established instructional design methodologies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively drive projects forward.
- Exceptional ability to break down complex concepts and processes into clear, digestible learning steps.
