I’m looking for a friendly caregiver to help with daily meal preparation at my home. The role involves planning and cooking simple, nutritious meals, washing vegetables, prepping ingredients, and cleaning the kitchen after use. I follow a balanced diet and occasionally need adjustments for dietary restrictions (low-sodium and vegetarian options). It would be ideal to have someone reliable who can follow my weekly meal plan, label leftovers, and help with light grocery lists. Flexible start times would be appreciated, and a calm, respectful approach is essential.
