Higher Level Teaching Assistant

The successful candidate will:

• Confidently lead whole-class learning when required
• Have experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Support high standards of teaching, learning and pupil progress
• Deliver targeted interventions and small group support
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff across the school
• Be organised, proactive and enthusiastic
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
• Be committed to their own professional development
