Maintenance Supervisor
A leading maintenance and construction company is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Team Leader to take charge of operations and ensure properties remain in top condition. What You'll Do Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of maintenance professionals.
Plan & Execute: Create schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Problem-Solve: Respond to maintenance emergencies and ensure swift resolutions.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections, review workmanship, and uphold safety standards.
Collaborate: Work closely with contractors, vendors, and senior management.
Drive Efficiency: Manage budgets, inventory, and ensure projects run smoothly.
Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and support your team's growth.What We're Looking For Proven experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good multi-skilled maintenance experience (Plumbing, Electrics, Carpentry & Fabric)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and think on your feet.
