Project Manager - Retail Fit Out
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple retail fit–out projects across the UK.
- Plan, programme and oversee projects from award through to handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with current legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Maintain programme, quality and compliance throughout delivery.
- Identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
- Deliver snag–free, high–quality finished projects.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail fit–out or shopfitting.
- Experience delivering high–end retail, flagship stores or luxury commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and fit–out programmes.
- Excellent client–facing communication skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to demanding deadlines.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience delivering luxury retail or premium commercial interiors.
- Experience with national retail roll–out programmes.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
