The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking an organised, detail-driven In-Room Dining Coordinator to be the central point of communication for our in-room dining operation.
In this role, you will coordinate guest orders, communicate seamlessly with the kitchen and service teams, and ensure every in-room dining experience reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
You will play a key role in delivering efficient, personalised service that anticipates guest needs and ensures every order arrives flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all in-room dining orders from receipt through to delivery
Accurately input orders into the POS system and communicate with kitchen and service teams
Ensure orders are prepared, dispatched, and delivered within established service standards
Liaise closely with culinary, stewarding, and service teams to maintain smooth operations
Monitor order timing and guest requests to ensure exceptional service delivery
Respond to guest enquiries and special requests with professionalism and warmth
Maintain accurate records of orders, billing, and guest preferences
Support the In-Room Dining leadership team with daily operational coordination
Profile
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, food & beverage, or room service operations
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
Familiarity with POS systems and hotel service standards (preferred)
A calm, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
