Talent Acquisition Specialist – Head Office (12month FTC)

Role Purpose

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this exciting 360° recruitment role, you’ll manage the full hiring lifecycle for Head Office positions, partnering with stakeholders, sourcing exceptional talent and ensuring every candidate experiences a fair, inclusive and engaging recruitment process leaving a positive impression of Space NK.

The role will primarily oversee recruitment activity across Head Office, however will as and when needed support on Retail and Distribution Centre roles.

This role reports into our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, from initial brief to offer, providing expert guidance to hiring managers and a seamless hiring journey for our candidates
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates using a mix of channels including direct attraction, job boards, social media, talent pools, networking and creative outreach strategies
  • Champion Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) by embedding inclusive practices at every stage of the recruitment process and advising hiring managers on best practice.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, offering regular progress updates, market insights, and consultative support to ensure aligned, timely hiring decisions.
  • Strengthen our employer brand by representing us as an employer of choice supporting campaigns, events and storytelling that highlight our culture, values and Life at Space NK
  • Utilise social channels and innovative attraction solutions, exploring new tools, trends, and technologies to engage both active and passive talent.
  • Support wider talent initiatives and projects as needed, helping us continuously improve and evolve our talent attraction strategies and processes

Ideal Attributes

  • End to end recruitment experience ideally across Head Office/Support functions within a retail environment or from agency partnering with retailers
  • Understanding of inclusive hiring practices, recruitment policies, procedures and best practice
  • Good understanding of relevant employment and recruitment legislation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships, influence and coach hiring managers on process, employer branding and candidate experience
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing methods (headhunting, social media, talent pools, networking)
  • Understanding of how to represent and promote employer brand through candidate interactions and social presence.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools.
  • Experience supporting or leading recruitment or talent-based projects
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, high demand environment
  • Proven organisational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritise workload, time management, problem solving and innovative thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
