What You’ll Be Doing

* Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries across multiple health pathways, providing tailored, up-to-date information.

* Conduct discovery calls and consultations, collaborating with patients and clinicians to plan and arrange appropriate care and treatments.

* Gather patient feedback to continuously enhance our benefits program and improve patient satisfaction.

* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding protocols, ensuring the privacy and safety of all patients.

What We’re Looking For

* Registered Nurse or Midwife with active NMC pin or equivalent accreditation.

* Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience within fertility or women’s health

* Strong organisational and time-management skills to effectively manage appointments, webinars, and consultations.

* Experience in delivering health education and promotion is essential.
