Up to £80,000+ - IT Service Delivery Manager (Legal)
Dawn Ellmore Employment are supporting a top tier Law Firm in London in their search for an IT Service Delivery Manager.
For this role you must have previous experience working in a legal environment and have solid managerial experience in Service Delivery. The successful candidate will receive an excellent starting salary along with a brilliant benefits package plus hybrid working!
To be successful you must be able to showcase your wealth of knowledge in Service Delivery from a Law Firm as well as be keen to succeed in a new challenge. Having superb communication skills both written and verbal is key along with Office 365 experience.
The duties will include:
- Leading IT Service Delivery Projects.
- Day-to-day operations within the IT Team.
- Dealing with stakeholder management.
- Identifying and resolving service improvements.
- Implementing new systems.
