Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Oritain
London

Oritain is the global leader in product verification, with locations in Auckland, Dunedin, London, Singapore and Washington D.C.

Our Mission: Science, Technology, and Global Impact

Our organisation sits at the intersection of forensic science and supply chain technology. We harness science and services to verify the genuine origin of materials, building an interconnected community of verified buyers and suppliers. Our mission is critical: to protect people and the planet by ensuring transparency and integrity in global supply chains.

We are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment team that are responsible for finding, attracting, and securing the best talent to deliver this mission at scale.

The Opportunity: Leadership, Delivery & Impact

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is a high-impact, player-manager role responsible for delivery of our recruitment strategy- leading our Talent Acquisition function, while remaining hands-on with hiring across key business areas.

Working closely with senior leaders across Oritain, you’ll ensure we continue to attract exceptional talent across all business areas- while personally owning end-to-end recruitment for our commercial and go-to-market teams, as well as high-impact/ business critical roles.

This role suits someone who thrives in a hybrid of leadership and delivery: someone who can guide and develop a team, build trusted relationships across the business, and still roll up their sleeves to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-growing global environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead and coach the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and inclusive hiring across the business. As a hands-on leader, you will manage your own portfolio of priority roles, with particular focus on commercial and GTM recruitment.

You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, capability gaps, and future growth plans, offering insight into market conditions, salary trends, and talent availability. You’ll champion a strong candidate experience from end to end, ensuring that everyone engaging with Oritain gets a genuine sense of our mission, culture, and values.

You’ll build and maintain proactive sourcing strategies that strengthen our talent pipelines and widen access to diverse talent communities. You will also play a key role in maintaining consistent, well-structured interview and assessment processes, coaching hiring managers on best practice and reinforcing high standards.

Using data, dashboards, and analytics, you’ll monitor pipeline health, time-to-hire, diversity metrics, and hiring demand, sharing insights that help us plan ahead and improve our approach. You’ll also help refine our operational recruitment processes- optimising ATS workflows, interview frameworks, and communication touchpoints to support efficiency and quality.

Collaboration will be key to success in this role- working closely with the wider People & Culture team to ensure a seamless, joined up colleague experience from attraction through onboarding, while also upholding compliance across right-to-work, governance, and data protection standards.

Skills & Experience

You bring proven experience in a senior-level talent acquisition role where you’ve balanced leadership with hands-on delivery. You understand the demands of recruiting across commercial, GTM, or customer-facing roles and are confident operating as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.

You have a strong grasp of full-cycle recruitment, global sourcing, and talent market dynamics. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities- while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience and process quality- is what really sets you apart.

You take a proactive approach to building diverse talent pipelines, using inclusive sourcing strategies, equitable assessment practices, and thoughtful stakeholder coaching to broaden access to underrepresented groups and strengthen overall hiring outcomes.

You communicate clearly and build trust quickly, representing Oritain with professionalism, authenticity, and warmth. Your experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and data-driven insights enables you to refine processes and inform decision-making.

Above all, you bring initiative, curiosity, and a genuine passion for finding the people who will help Oritain scale its mission.
