Estimator – Drywall Experience
Are you an experienced Estimator with a strong background in drywall and partitioning systems? A leading specialist interior fit-out contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality packages on complex commercial projects, is looking to expand its commercial team with the addition of a talented Estimator.

Role Overview:
As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for drywall, ceilings, and partitioning works. You'll work closely with the pre-construction and project delivery teams, playing a key role in tender submissions and ensuring commercially sound proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review tender documents and technical drawings to produce detailed take-offs and cost estimates
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
* Contribute to value engineering proposals and commercial strategies
* Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings as required
* Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted and feedback received
* Work collaboratively within a dynamic estimating team
Requirements:
* Proven experience in estimating drywall, partitions, and suspended ceilings within the construction fit-out sector
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project requirements
* Proficient in relevant estimating software and MS Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
