Hedge Fund Operations Analyst

A boutique Head Fund is seeking a proactive Operations Analyst with Python experience to support daily trade operations and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support trade operations alongside senior operations staff
- Run internal valuation estimates and liaise with administrators and auditors to resolve discrepancies
- Book trades, cashflows, and subscriptions/redemptions
- Perform post-trade reconciliations
- Coordinate with outsourced middle office teams and external counterparties
- Confirm OTC trades and manage novations/unwinds
- Execute daily initial margin calculations
- Contribute to developing internal systems to increase automation
Essential Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in financial services
- Strong quantitative skills
- Professional experience using Python
