SEN TA | Barking
Are you a compassionate and committed SEN TA looking for a new opportunity starting in January 2026? Would you like to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Barking?
We are recruiting a motivated SEN TA to work in a friendly school in Barking. This SEN TA role begins in January 2026, with pre-start induction and training carried out before January 2026 to ensure the SEN TA is fully prepared.
The SEN TA will provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support, assist pupils in accessing their learning and promote positive behaviour. As a SEN TA in Barking, you will help pupils build confidence, independence and resilience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver structured support sessions
- Assist pupils with learning tasks and routines
- Support emotional and behavioural development
- Track pupil progress and maintain records
- Work collaboratively with staff and families in Barking
Requirements
- Experience working as a SEN TA or in a similar role
- Calm, caring and adaptable approach
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Must be available for January 2026
