Business Development Executive

What You'll Do
Collaborate with local sales teams to achieve sales targets for each of Aristocrat’s product lines.
Identify and explore new sales opportunities for mutual benefit.
Negotiate sales deals within company guidelines.
Develop comprehensive client plans with mutually agreed goals.
Provide market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and services.
Maintain up-to-date client information and develop long-term profitable relationships.
Advise clients on market trends and competitive behavior.
Prepare and submit regular reports on client performance and sales activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and business practices.
Represent Aristocrat at local and international trade events.
Promote and sell Aristocrat products and services.
Be willing to travel on short notice.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales and key account management skills with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Self-motivated and resilient, able to remain calm in a crisis.
Strong product and industry knowledge with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
Strategic management and strong business reporting capabilities.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills for developing diverse relationships.
Proficiency in Salesforce and the MS suite, especially Excel.
Previous gaming industry experience is preferable but not essential.
Considerable commercial awareness and customer-facing experience.
A current driver’s license.
Qualifications in Business and/or Commerce are highly desirable.
Proficiency in English is required, and additional languages are desirable.

To meet our global compliance obligations, you will be required to provide the disclosure of relevant personal and background information to government agencies, sovereign nations/tribal regulators, and other applicable gaming regulatory bodies. This is a condition of Aristocrat’s gaming licenses. The specific information required may vary depending on the jurisdiction and project assignment.
