We’re now looking for a passionate Runner to join our team!
Your Mission
As part of the Big Mamma Floor team, your mission will be to:
Run food and drinks, and serve wine, desserts and pasta directly to our guests
Open and close the floor, polish cutlery and fold napkins
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor
Support your colleagues during service with a positive and proactive attitude
Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional approach
About You
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service
High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
Previous experience in hospitality
Strong communication skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Permanent, full-time role: £15.71/hour total package (base pay + tronc)
