Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager in a California-based Apparel retail and manufacturing company. They are seeking a strategic and results-driven UK Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of growth initiatives aligned with the corporate objectives. This role will oversee promotional planning, customer acquisition, and experience management, ensuring all efforts support the company's business model and drive measurable outcomes.
Job Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
Available during standard working hours, with flexibility to accommodate cross-timezone collaboration with teams in the US and China.
3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience within the fashion, retail, and pop-up event sectors.
Well-connected across the UK with a strong commitment to sustainable regional growth.
Bonus expertise in cross-border e-commerce operations and international market expansion.
Fluent in English with deep insight into UK consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
Highly accountable and driven, with a passion for continuous learning and a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset.
Skilled in business analysis and strategic planning, with advanced knowledge of merchant marketing frameworks.
Proven track record in launching initiatives from the ground up and thriving in high-speed, evolving environments.
Exceptional communicator and team collaborator, with solid capabilities in marketing strategy and performance optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the organisation’s overarching business objectives, ensuring measurable impact across key performance areas.
Lead the design and implementation of promotional initiatives that support operational requirements, while maintaining consistency with the company’s commercial model to drive brand engagement and conversion performance.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer demographics and behavioural data to inform acquisition strategies, enhance user experience, and optimise customer lifecycle management systems.
Establish robust management protocols to monitor team performance against defined KPIs, proactively refining operational approaches to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee the strategic planning and execution of Pop-Up activations and new store launches, with a focus on increasing footfall, accelerating revenue growth, strengthening brand equity, and cultivating long-term customer loyalty.
