Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Midweight Integrated Designer to join the TMW team. You’ll hit the ground running, immediately answering client briefs and collaborating with seasoned creative teams and lead designers. We all work across the whole portfolio of clients in diverse channels and media. You’ll get to work on everything from fast-turnaround briefs to extensive campaigns, applying your skills across multiple platforms and mediums, including email, social, OOH and digital display. This is a great opportunity to continually expand your skills, stay curious about the industry, and advance your career by delivering top-quality work and pushing creative boundaries. The ever-changing landscape of our industry means we’re always looking to bring new and varied skills to the team. Nowadays, a flair for animation and/or an interest in 3D would be a plus. THE DAY TO DAY- Collaborate with fellow creatives, taking control of projects from concept to delivery.

- Contribute to pitch work and use your creative flair to visually enhance ideas iteratively.
- Generate multiple visual routes if required to explore possibilities and bring ideas to life.
- Source and/or create what assets you need to get the job done - navigate stock libraries and brand image banks, create iconography, and even get stuck into some illustration.
- Take ownership of each project, maintaining compliance with brand guidelines, and adherence to specifications.
- Substantial experience, ideally working in an agency environment, currently at a midweight level, as evidenced in your portfolio.
- Demonstrate experience across multiple platforms and mediums, encompassing social, print, and CRM, along with a comprehensive understanding of best practices in these areas.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign.
- Competence in 2D motion graphics, especially for social media posts and email headers.
- Proficient in understanding and effectively utilising brand guidelines.
- Capable of confidently presenting to colleagues and getting started on presenting to clients, with strong communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Figma is a must.
- Experience with content management systems or the ability to quickly learn them; we use TAXI for email campaigns (no coding required).
- A solid understanding of design principles, encompassing layout, typography, and grid-based design structure.
- Consistent design hygiene, ensuring clean and organised files and folders for the benefit of the team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with an unwavering commitment to quality.
- Meticulous organisation and a consistently composed demeanour.
- You have a good sense of humour and a positive outlook towards change.
- You have an inclusive, modern view on local culture and the wider world.
- Minimum 25 days holiday
- Private medical insurance
- 3 Volunteer days for charitable work
- Family Friendly and Flexible Hybrid working policies
- Attractive Pension and Financial wellbeing support and resources
