Hoka Online Trader (12 Month FTC) - HOKA & Teva
- Own product readiness and pricing accuracy ahead of launches
- Develop actionable insights through weekly and monthly trading reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, planning, buying, and visual merchandising
- Ensure strong onsite execution across campaigns, categories, and regions
- Care for the customer journey by optimising site merchandising and product visibility
- Support the Senior Online Trader with performance analysis and trading recommendations
- Lead competitor analysis and contribute ideas for testing and optimisation
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
- You’re comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and multiple stakeholders
- You understand ecommerce trading principles and the importance of customer-first thinking
- You are highly organised, able to prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You are a strong communicator and collaborative team player
- You bring a proactive, curious, and solutions-focused mindset
- Experience in digital trading or ecommerce merchandising
- Exposure to managing multiple campaigns across regions or brands
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture/Adobe Analytics)
- Confident Excel/MS Office skills
- Retail experience is a plus
