Associate Product Consultant - Solutions Delivery

As an Associate Product Consultant in the Solutions Delivery team, you will lead various implementation projects supporting clients with our Moody’s Data Apps Solutions mainly focusing on the RESTful APIs and, ERP Connectors.
You will also collaborate closely with several internal stakeholder groups from product, sales and client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult on and implement Data Apps solutions, APIs, and Connectors across European client engagements.
- Conduct client-facing requirements gathering and analysis, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with prospects and clients, providing feedback through appropriate escalation channels to Product Management.
- Configure and/or customize workflows and process-related aspects of our Data Apps, APIs, and CRM Connectors.
- Provide best practices, consultancy, and golden-standard approaches to ensure stability and optimal usage of Data Apps.
- Deliver user and technical training, both remotely and on-site as needed.
- Utilize internal tracking systems (e.g., issue logs, timesheets) to manage project activities.
- Actively contribute to enhancing our product offering and internal knowledge base (e.g., documentation reviews, feedback on methodology, development of “how-to” guides).
- Engage with client technical teams and Moody’s subject matter experts to analyze and resolve issues.
- This is a hybrid role, combining office-based work with remote flexibility. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s) required, preferably in Finance, Banking, or Computer Technology; graduate/second-level degree (e.g., Master’s/MBA) preferred.
- 2+ years of SaaS implementation experience, ideally within a financial institution or financial software organization focused on business intelligence and data analysis.
- Experience working with AI technologies and data analytics software is highly desirable.
- Experience with AI tools, understands their business value and limitations, and exercises sound judgment in determining when to use AI versus traditional methods.
- Experience with RESTful or SOAP APIs is preferred.
- Capability to participate in all phases of software implementation projects.
- First-hand experience with market-standard CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP).
- Strong track record of delivering excellent results to internal and external clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities and relationship-building across all levels.
- Basic understanding of coding principles (e.g., JSON, HTML), API integration, and data analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian or German is an advantage.
