Programme Coordinator
Location: Central London, Hybrid (UK-based)

We're looking for a Programme Coordinator to help drive a high-impact initiative focused on digital transformation and product innovation. You'll be at the heart of a collaborative programme, working with passionate colleagues and senior leaders to shape strategy, streamline delivery, and keep everyone aligned. What You'll Be Doing: Keeping the programme on track by managing governance, meetings, and communications.
Building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource needs.
Acting as the go-to person for all things programme-related across the organisation.
Spotting risks early and helping teams navigate challenges with a solutions-first mindset.
Preparing insights and recommendations to support smart decision-making.
Supporting strategy development through research and analysis.
Strengthening relationships across teams and ensuring everyone's in the loop.
Leading on specific programme goals and helping shape the future of the initiative. What You'll Bring: Solid experience in project or programme coordination.
A track record of working across teams to deliver results.
Confidence in creating clear action plans and following through.
Exposure to digital transformation or tech innovation.
A project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2).Your Style: You're organised, proactive, and love solving problems.
You're a self-starter who gets things done and brings positive energy.
You can zoom out to see the big picture, but also dive into the detail when needed.
