Location: London
Salary: £24,000 - 2 days Thursday and Friday par rata
Client Group: Children's Therapy The Team Lead will oversee and guide clinical staff while contributing directly to therapy services. The role combines leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic planning to ensure the highest standards of care for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in occupational therapy, with a strong background in assessments and sensory integration. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
* Provide guidance and mentorship to therapy staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
* Support the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and protocols within the team.
* Assist in coordinating and scheduling caseloads to balance client needs and therapist capacity. Occupational Therapy Services
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with diverse developmental and sensory needs.
* Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services with a focus on sensory integration techniques.
* Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create holistic care strategies. Administrative Duties
* Monitor and maintain documentation compliance, ensuring all therapy records meet clinical and legal standards.
* Assist in evaluating and improving clinic policies and programs.
* Contribute to recruitment and training efforts for new team members. Skills and Attributes
