£80,000-£115,000 + Package + Bonus
Location: London | Hybrid Working

We are partnering with a market-leading Big 4 International Tax team that is experiencing exceptional and sustained growth, evidenced by multiple recent Partner promotions and strong progression across all grades. To support this continued momentum, the team is now seeking a high-calibre Senior International Tax Manager to join their expanding London practice.

The Role

You will advise a diverse portfolio of Tier 1, listed, and FTSE-level clients across a wide range of sectors, including technology, global consumer brands, real estate, and hospitality (excluding Financial Services). The work is technically challenging, commercially focused, and truly international in scope.

Key areas of focus include:

• Pillar Two advisory and implementation
• Inbound structuring and cross-border transactions
• Group reorganisations and international restructuring
• BEPS, CFC regimes, and hybrid mismatch planning
• Supporting clients through complex, multi-jurisdictional tax challenges

What They're Looking For

• Strong UK corporate tax technical grounding, with solid international exposure
• Experience gained within a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm, or from an in-house role with prior practice training
• A proven track record of managing complex projects and building trusted client relationships
• Ambition, commercial awareness, and the drive to develop into a future Director or Partner
