Pensions Associate
- Advise trustees, employers, and scheme administrators on legal issues arising from pension scheme operations
- Support on funding deficits and cost management in defined benefit schemes
- Advise on benefit design, risk mitigation, and insured solutions
- Assist with scheme reorganisations, mergers, and wind-ups
- Provide guidance to professional and regulatory bodies
- Advise on public and private sector pensions issues
- Contribute to a cross-departmental pensions disputes practice
- Support pensions aspects of corporate transactions and insolvency matters
