Opportunity for a Securitisation & Structured Finance Solicitor to join an international, top-tier law firm in their London office at Associate level.

They have a significant international presence and operate as an integrated global team across their debt capital markets and structured finance practice.

They boast an exceptional client base including financial institutions, private credit lenders, arrangers, OEMs, originators, corporates and funds.

They are renowned for advising on complex and innovative debt capital markets, structured finance and fund finance transactions across the UK and globally.

Vacancy

The team offers expert advice across the full spectrum of debt capital markets, structured finance and fund finance transactions, ranging from corporate, high yield and sovereign bonds through to securitisations, derivatives and structured products.

The securitisation practice advises on asset-backed financings, forward flows and public and private securitisations across a wide range of asset classes and structures.

As a Securitisation & Structured Finance Associate, you would be involved in advising on:

• Public and private securitisations across multiple asset classes
• Automotive, SME and consumer receivables transactions
• Trade and equipment lease receivables
• Commercial and residential mortgage securitisations
• Infrastructure assets and supply chain finance structures
• Asset-backed financings and forward flow arrangement

Requirements

• Qualified Structured Finance Solicitor with between 2 - 4 PQE
• Experience gained at a top-tier firm in securitisation and structured finance
• Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent)
