Support young people with autism, epilepsy, diabetes, and mental health needs.
Step into challenging behaviours with confidence and authority.
Provide personal care respectfully when needed.
Mentor and reassure less experienced colleagues during difficult moments.
Keep detailed records and oversee handovers to the day team. What We're Looking For: We're searching for steady, confident leaders who thrive in unpredictable situations: Experience in children's residential care, especially with autism and behaviours that challenge.
Skilled in Team Teach, de-escalation, and safe interventions.
Resilient in the face of aggression, offensive language, or disturbing conversations.
Physically fit and dependable through long nights.
Strong communicator and supportive leader.

36 days of specialist training annually.
