I'm currently supporting a global reinsurer with the search for a senior leadership hire in their UK Savings & Retirements business. This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible, high-impact role shaping the future of this market.
The role will focus on:Driving new business growth across longevity, funded reinsurance, and retirement solutionsLeading strategic client relationships at the most senior levelsStructuring and delivering complex, high-value transactionsPlaying a key part in shaping and executing the UK growth strategy, while contributing to global client initiativesLeading and mentoring a high-performing teamStandout candidates will have:
