Senior Clinical Fellow- Breast Care
People Management and Performance Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the team in line with good people management practices, ensuring excellence is recognized and underperformance is addressed. Participate in regular performance appraisal meetings and ensure each team member has clear objectives and development plans. Ensure the team complies with all statutory and mandatory training, as well as any professional training requirements, keeping all certifications up to date. Manage team absences, including sickness, in line with Trust policy, ensuring appropriate return-to-work meetings are conducted, e-rosters are updated, and productivity is maintained at the highest possible level. Identify and fill any vacancies within the team in accordance with the Trusts recruitment policy and processes. Identify talent and support internal talent management processes to attract, retain, and succession plan for your people. Regularly review the skills mix within the team to identify opportunities for maximizing resource utilization and allocation, ensuring job descriptions remain current. Promote and maintain the overall wellbeing of the team, continuously working to improve morale and foster a culture of zero tolerance for bullying and harassment.
