In this role, you will:

• Strategic Direction: Proactively identify new employer relationships and growth opportunities across sectors, using labour market insight to shape your delivery
• Deliver Results: Consistently meet or exceed your job start targets, ensuring high-quality, sustainable placements that align with customer needs
• People & Communication: Inspire and coach participants to reach job-readiness, pitch them effectively to employers, and communicate professionally with all stakeholders
• Get It Right: Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, data accuracy, and GDPR, you own your caseload and your process
• Business Acumen: Manage employer accounts as commercial partners, delivering value, repeat business, and tailored workforce solutions

Who You Are

You’re commercially minded, resilient, and driven by purpose. Specifically, you bring:

• Experience in employer engagement, recruitment, account management, and B2B sales
• A demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Confidence to pitch, sell, and promote candidates professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage your own pipeline, workload, and follow-up activity
• A mindset that sees every barrier as an opportunity to adapt and find a way forward
