The Role
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. You will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff and support teams to maintain efficient systems and effective communication.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
• Maintaining accurate student records and databases
• Supporting attendance and admissions processes
• Assisting with scheduling meetings and school events
• Preparing documentation, reports and communications
• Providing front-of-house support when required
The school operates clear systems and procedures, allowing administrative staff to work efficiently within a structured and professional environment.
The Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience in an administrative role (school experience desirable)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional and approachable manner
• Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
