Online + Offline National Account Manager- Professional Products - 12m FTC

Are you a strategic commercial powerhouse with a passion for driving growth in the beauty industry? L'Oréal's Professional Products Division (PPD) is seeking an exceptional National Account Manager to spearhead our in-store and online execution, unlock exciting new distribution opportunities, and forge powerful partnerships with key luxury retailers like Sephora. If you're ready to make a significant impact, grow our PPD sales, and establish L'Oréal as the go-to supplier, this is your chance to shine!

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a National Account Manager, your days are a dynamic blend of strategic thinking, collaboration, and driving significant business growth.

You'll kick off by reviewing performance dashboards, sales data, and KPIs for key accounts (e.g., Sephora), refining strategy, anticipating budgets, and identifying new opportunities. Mid-morning, you'll negotiate joint business plans with leading luxury retailers, building strong relationships and aligning ambitious goals. You'll champion our brands, securing prime discoverability and visibility both in-store and online.

Later, you might collaborate with internal Marketing and Digital teams, brainstorming innovative omni-channel activation plans. You'll ensure products are beautifully showcased, bringing the "professional difference" to life through engaging content and seamlessly integrating our online/offline strategy. Your afternoon could involve mapping out strategies for new accounts, establishing L'Oréal as a best-in-class supplier by coordinating across functions from supply chain to legal for meticulous execution.

Ultimately, your day revolves around driving turnover, activating sell-out plans, and using creativity to deliver mutual success for L'Oréal and our esteemed partners. You'll be the expert, the collaborator, and the driving force behind unparalleled success in professional haircare.
