The Role

An established role within the Operations team, responsible for driving the on-time delivery of new products to market. With strong procurement and sourcing expertise, the role focuses on supporting new product introductions and managing the development of new and existing products with external partners. Key responsibilities include providing operational inputs across live projects, delivering accurate product pricing information, and acting as a key stakeholder in supplier selection and procurement decisions.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Focus on researching and defining new ways of working to support all projects from a supply chain perspective.
• Provide new ideas and supplier options to support the evolution of our product range.
• Provide the operational inputs across a wide range of product projects, from new colour additions, bespoke packaging requirements to totally new innovation products / materials.
• Build close working relationships across all departments to support the on time delivery of project requirements.
• Support new sourcing opportunities for our accessories and wet line ranges.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure the transition from project to mass production works efficiently and on time.
• Ensure that all projects are executed within the brand guidelines and support the growth of Tangle Teezer.
• Utilise Project Management systems to drive project visibility and keep progress clear and consistent by optimising workflows across both development and operations teams.

What we are looking for in you:

• Knowledge of injection manufacturing processes is essential.
• Previous experience in sourcing and new supplier engagement is required.
• Expertise in polymer / materials is beneficial but not essential.
• A team player with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with different departments, agencies, and distributors.
• Ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude in all scenarios, motivated to succeed and push all accounts.
• Demonstrable ability to prioritise demanding workloads and to adapt to frequent change.
• This role requires clear communication, a proactive mindset, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
