• Develop, execute, and continuously optimise growth marketing campaigns across channels (paid, organic, referral, email, and more)
• Analyse user journeys, pinpoint growth levers and friction points, and design creative tests to improve acquisition and retention

• Data-Driven & Analytical : Expert in tracking KPIs, funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and A/B testing; confident working with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
• Strategic & Creative : Skilled at building, iterating, and scaling multi-channel growth experiments for users and revenue
• Excellent Communicator : Communicates clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; able to present complex insights with impact
