 About the role 📝
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to steer expansion into new markets and audiences, taking full ownership of our growth strategy. This role calls for a bold, experimental mindset—someone who thrives on testing, analysing, and making data-driven decisions, and who treats failure as valuable input for future success.
You’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns, trial new messaging and formats, and build a scalable, repeatable growth engine that drives both immediate demand and lasting brand equity.
In our fast-growing, product-led SaaS company—reshaping how software is built in the construction industry—you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to define the best approach, bringing your own experience to shape our growth playbook rather than following one.
- Report to the Head of Commercial & Strategy and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Lead to align digital marketing strategy with commercial priorities and growth opportunities
- Plan and run structured, hypothesis-driven experiments across channels—testing messaging, formats, and tactics—to build a repeatable engine for campaign iteration and growth
- Develop and deliver strategic, multi-channel campaigns that drive both pipeline and long-term brand engagement
- Design and execute marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and owned channels to reach target audiences and accelerate demand
- Translate performance data into actionable insights, providing real-time feedback on campaign effectiveness, messaging resonance, and ROI to sales, product, and leadership teams
- Partner with Product Marketing to bring positioning, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and messaging to market through tailored campaigns for new segments, verticals, and geographies
- Work with Revenue Operations to build dashboards, define key metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates), and share learnings across teams to continually improve marketing efficiency
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and continuously refine strategy based on market shifts and performance insights to sustain growth

- Data-driven and fluent in interpreting campaign analytics, identifying trends, and optimizing performance across the funnel
- Skilled in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign structure to boost conversion and engagement
- Self-starter with a resilient, growth-oriented mindset who takes initiative and executes independently
