Job Title: Primary Care Practice Nurse – Chingford
Location: Chingford
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year depending on experience.

Our client, a busy primary care practice in Chingford , is recruiting a Primary Care Practice Nurse . The role offers a supportive team, protected clinic time and genuine investment in your development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
- Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
- Support the practice immunisation programme.
- Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
- Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
- Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
