Protecting Workers on the Track (PWT)
Morson is a principal supplier to Transport for London for track resources and we have teams working round the clock to deliver our clients track maintenance, upgrade and enhancement projects across the Capitals transport network.
We recognise that the way to success is by hiring great people and we are now looking for experienced working Protecting Workers on the Track (PWTs) to join our hard-working and expanding P-way department.
Your role will be to manage worksites and provide a safe system of work to Morson operatives, clients and other customers when carrying out works during Engineering / Traffic Hours in a London Underground track environment.
You will lead, direct and motivate the track teams, maintain site records and ensure that work is delivered safely, in a timely manner and to the required quality levels.
Your experience could have been gained in renewals or track maintenance within the tube or open section and we welcome applications from those have worked on plain line, P&C or within depots.
You will need:
Previous experience as a P-way PWT
Knowledge of p-way processes and procedures.
ICI-LU Sentinel card
Basic Track Awareness
DAMSP & Medical certificates
Protecting Workers on the Track EH or TH licence
