NatWest Group
London
Why Data Science?

At NatWest, our purpose is everything. It's embedded in everything we do-every customer relationship, every download of our app, every support call. We're driven to truly understand our customers' hopes, needs, and the changing world they live in, to see the possibilities available to them.

We keep data at the heart of everything we do, and data is one of our biggest assets. How we harness this data to understand the world, our business, and our customers is crucial to our success and making our customers' lives easier.

To make sure we are truly data-driven and committed to our customers, we need to recruit world-class Data Scientists. You'll drive innovation, challenge the status quo, and lead the way to help us solve tomorrow's problems as the data and AI space continues to evolve.

We're passionate about harnessing the power of data science and AI to transform how we do business and drive bold new customer experiences and solutions. We work closely with our teams to utilise advanced analytics, statistics, coding and programming skills, machine learning, and leading AI solutions to build, experiment, and test. We change the way we do things-for the better.
