A fantastic opportunity has arisen at The July London Victoria ! We’re on the lookout for a Guest Service Pro to join our vibrant aparthotel family.

This stunning, sustainable city oasis features 114 beautifully designed studios and two spacious residential apartments. The Job

As a Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face of The July London Victoria, creating memorable first impressions and making every guest feel at home from the moment they arrive until it's time to say goodbye.

No two days are the same. You'll welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, resolve requests and ensure every stay runs smoothly.

You'll work closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional service and create the warm, community-focused atmosphere that makes The July feel different from a traditional hotel.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a warm, positive personality and a naturally welcoming approach.

• Enjoy meeting people from all over the world and making them feel at home.

• Are an excellent communicator with strong spoken and written English.

• Stay calm under pressure and can confidently solve problems.

• Are organised, proactive and happy to take ownership.

• Have a flexible approach and enjoy working as part of a team.

• Can juggle different tasks while maintaining a high level of service.

• Experience with Mews is a plus!
