Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Sales Associate to join the Retail Team in the Belmont Outlet (New York) store on a full-time basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a luxury shopping experience.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and develop product knowledge across all categories.

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.

  • Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.

  • Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and transfers.

  • Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a well-presented sales floor.

  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating where appropriate.

  • Support inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and annual stock takes.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Vivienne Westwood at all times.

  • Follow company policies, procedures and loss prevention guidelines.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably within fashion, luxury or premium retail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for fashion and the Vivienne Westwood brand.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Basic computer literacy and experience using POS systems.

  • Flexible and reliable team player.
