About the Role
As an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Supervisor (AVOS), you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our Ride Hail (RHO) team and ensuring fleet readiness across all shifts. You will also play a key role in training and team development, delivering onboarding and refresher training to frontline staff when needed, and providing actionable feedback to the central training team on skill gaps and improvement areas.
You’ll balance leadership and execution — driving accountability through metrics, coaching through feedback, and building a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position may require working morning, evening, or overnight shifts — including weekends and holidays — based on operational needs.
This is a full-time, onsite position. Remote work is not available for this role due to operational requirements.

Collaborate with training, safety, and leadership teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across all shifts.
Present operational findings, data insights, and improvement plans clearly to leadership.
